Before You Visit

Everything you need to know.

Whether it’s your first visit or you’re returning for another reset, here are the answers to the questions we hear most often.

What should I wear?

Please wear swimwear or wrap yourself in a towel. Nudity is not permitted during public sessions, and everyday underwear isn’t suitable for hygiene reasons.

We also recommend bringing warm, comfortable clothing to change into after your session.

What should I bring to my sauna session?

We recommend bringing:

  • Swimwear or togs
  • Two towels — one to sit on and one to dry yourself
  • A reusable water bottle
  • Warm clothes for after your session
  • Optional jandals or slip-ons

We’ll take care of the rest.

Can I wear jewellery?

We recommend removing jewellery before entering the sauna, as metal can become very hot.

If you have a new piercing that can’t be removed, let your host know when you arrive. In most cases it won’t be an issue, particularly if you sit on one of the lower benches where the temperature is cooler.

Can I bring my phone?

Solspring is a phone-free space. We invite everyone to put their devices away, slow down and be fully present during their visit.

If you need to make or take an important call, please step outside the space first.

What can I expect during a sauna session?

Your session gives you time to move between the sauna, cold plunge, warm soaks and rest areas at a pace that feels right for you.

Many guests move through several rounds of heat, cooling and rest. There is no correct way to experience the space, so we encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks whenever you need them.

What is the difference between an Open and Guided Session?

Open Sessions allow you to move freely between the sauna, cold plunge and warm soaks at your own pace.

Guided Sessions are hosted by one of our sauna guides and may include steam, aromatherapy, breathwork, meditation, music or quiet reflection.

Every guide brings their own style, so each guided session offers something a little different.

I’ve never been to a sauna before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of our guests are visiting a sauna for the first time.

Let your host or guide know when you arrive and they’ll happily explain how the space works. Start gently, stay hydrated and step out of the sauna whenever your body asks you to.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your session. This gives you time to park, check in, get changed and settle into the space before your experience begins.

Are the cold plunge and warm soaks optional?

Absolutely. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and enjoy as much or as little heat, cold or soaking as feels right for you.

There is no pressure to stay in the sauna for a particular length of time or to participate in every part of the experience.

Are there age restrictions?

Age restrictions may apply to public sessions, special events and private bookings.

Please check the information shown when booking your session or contact our team before bringing anyone under 18.

Is sauna suitable for everyone?

Sauna and cold-water experiences may not be suitable for everyone. Please speak with a qualified health professional before attending if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, experience blood pressure concerns or have another medical condition that could be affected by heat or cold exposure.

Always listen to your body and leave the sauna or cold plunge immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell or uncomfortable.

Can I bring food or alcohol?

Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted before or during your visit.

We recommend arriving well hydrated and avoiding a heavy meal immediately beforehand. Water bottles are encouraged, but please do not bring glass into the space.

Are there showers and changing facilities?

Yes. We have changing areas and outdoor showers available for guests.

Please bring your own swimwear, two towels and any toiletries you’d like to use after your session.

Can I use my pass or membership for any session?

Most passes and memberships can be used for our regular Open and Guided Sessions, subject to the conditions of your pass.

Special events, workshops, collaborations and private bookings may require a separate ticket.

Can I book Solspring for a private group?

Yes. Solspring is available for private gatherings, birthdays, retreats, workplace wellbeing experiences and community groups.

Get in touch with our team to discuss your group, preferred date and the type of experience you’d like to create.

How do I book?

You can view our upcoming sessions and reserve your place through the booking page on our website.

As session numbers are limited, we recommend booking ahead rather than arriving without a reservation.

Once you arrive at Solscape, follow the signs toward Sol Kitchen and Solspring. Please allow a little extra time to park and walk down to the space.

What happens if it rains?

If severe weather creates a safety concern, we’ll contact affected guests as soon as possible with the available options.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as early as possible so we have the opportunity to offer your place to someone else.

Cancellation, transfer and credit conditions may vary depending on the session, event or pass purchased. Please refer to the terms shown during booking or contact our team for help.
